As a family of 4 with two little hungry daughters that eat like grown men, we were pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere, service, and food choices/quality at this restaurant. The staff greeted us and were very polite to accommodate our family on a busy Saturday evening. The head chef came to greet us to ask us about our experience and definitely delivered on the quality of the NY strip. Being from a small town, I would say this quality of food and service is a hidden gem compared to the cost of what other traditional restaurants are charging. Highly recommend.

Service is slow... one more time, service from the kitchen is slow. Took us about 2 hrs to finish a meal when the resturant was 30% full. Food is average. Breadsticks are good, salad is good. meats are dry, other parts lack flavor.

This is a great place to eat. Portions are large prices are fair. Food tastes great. I highly recommend the haddock plater. But everything I've had from there is good. The starters are pretty good size also. If you have a lot of people in your party get the loaded nachos with brisket very good and comes on a large plater.

The drinks are expertly made. They have an off-menu coffee drink sometimes that's pretty good, but the real star in my opinion is the espresso martini. I've had espresso martinis elsewhere that I thought all paled in comparison, although I did have a guest tell me that while delicious, it wasn't as good as their local favorite (I tried their local favorite, Boneshakers is better. Whatever. I'm just being honest). The menu items are good (looking at you elk burger!) but I order off the specials if I can. The kitchen does a fantastic job of keeping new delicious things rolling through and I've never been disappointed.

We went on a Saturday evening and didn't have to wait for table. The entire staff was friendly. Our server, Ian, was really great. The drinks came fast and the food was amazing! We had country fried chicken. The drink was a Jack Frost off the Christmas menu.

We have ate at this restaurant 3 times over the last few years. The food has always been amazing and the staff has been great. The last 2 times we ate at the bar and the two bar tenders were awesome & entertaining. I highly recommend making the drive to Salem Ohio for this restaurant. The pictures I am sharing were from our last visit and a couple of these were on the specials menu. My friend and I both had the Lasagna. Huge portion which I took half of mine home and ate for lunch the next day. My wife had the salmon dinner and also loved it. Our appetizers were shrimp cocktail and another special, the blue fin crab chips & dip. Omg this dip was amazing! Not a drop left of that when we left!!! We will be back!!!!! Also, we visited this during the Salem Super Cruise when thousands of people and cars fill the city. Bone Shakers still provided amazing service despite being slammed with business! My only disappointment was my side salad. The portion was fine.... It was just OK. The meal itself is where it's at!
